Opportunity: Sales Stage

Hi all,

We use 2 sales process:

Sales Process 1: stage1,stage2,stage3,won, lost

Sales Process 2: s1,s2,s3,won,lost

At present we enforced Sales Process 2 .

For the records that were created before enforcing Sales Process 2, the opportunity used values like stage1,stage2 etc.

Now we need to update the Opportunity from Stage2 to S3. But the update process fails.

Below are the error message that I am getting in import log file:

  • No matching record is found for import field 'Sales Stage' with value 'Stage 2'. The Oracle CRM On Demand field 'Sales Stage' was not updated, but other field values were imported for this record.
