PRC: Update Project Summary Amounts failing with an error

Hi All,

PRC: Update Project Summary Amounts program is failing with the below error :

MSG-00001: Calling Maintain Project Accumulation at 19-JUN-2015 20:33:18

MSG-00001: Concurrent request id is 111179306

MSG-00001: ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("PA"."PA_TXN_ACCUM"."PA_PERIOD")

MSG-00001: Exception was generated by Accumulation API

REP-1419: 'beforereport': PL/SQL program aborted.

REP-0069: Internal error

REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Terminated with error:

I have checked for the invalid as per the oracle note in PA_EXPENDITURE_ITEMS_ALL tables,there is no invalid dates and also all the expenditures are cost distributed for this OU.
