Unable to Do Move Transaction. Quantity must be less than or equal to available to transact

Hi All,

While doing a WIP Move Transaction, we are facing the following error " XXXXXXXX failed validation. Quantity must be less than or equal to Available to Transact." where XXXXXXXX stands for component item no. I have checked and confirmed that the specific component is Pick released and move order transacted (supply type = Operation Pull). No manual material issue is done. There is sufficient on-hand qty and it is in non-reservable subinventory. The qty we are trying to transact is less than the available qty. However we still face the problem.

Please suggest what could be the reason.
