Integration Saved Query for Invoice not working

We have requirement to populate Involved arty Contact Id in invoice XML by using ISQ. I have tried below XML and also created ISQ but somehow it is not working.

Kindly let me know what is that I am missing

ISQ

SELECT 'DEVL.TETS' FROM DUAL
