Patches Conflict during Upgrade

Hi folks,

I am on track to upgrade my application to 12.2 from Release 12.1.3. I followed the following Oracle document:

"Oracle E-Business Suite Upgrade Guide Release 12.0 and 12.1 to 12.2 Part No. E48839-02"

I done all pre-reqs and all steps to prepare my machine for upgrade. My current database release is 11.2.0.3 and application 12.1.3. Before initiating rapidwiz, I used patch 17537119 and executed checkDBpatch.sh to verify the required fixes are available. The script returned 120+ patches. However, I downloaded them and start applying. I had successfully applied 50+ patches but now when I apply any of the following patches, it says the patch conflicts with other patch.
