Unpaid Leave Deduction

Hi All,

    The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. An information element called Unpaid Leave Calculation is created and a Fast Formula is defined to attach an indirect element called "Unpaid Leave Deduction".

2. Employee submits Unpaid Leave from 01-Jun-2015 to 03-Jun-2015. (3 Days).

3. 3 days unpaid leave deduction is taken care by an indirect element called "Unpaid Leave Deduction"(Defined in Step 1) in the Monthly Payroll (Jun 2015) which is ran on 20th Jun 2015.

4. Now, employee again submits Unpaid Leave from 22-Jun-2015 to 25-Jun-2015 (4 Days).


How do we deduct this 4 days from the employee since we already ran the Jun 2015 payroll on 20th. And, If you ask me to deduct this 4 days in July 2015 Payroll , how do I manage this since if I check the previous month
