An exception occurred in the PO Account Generator workflow during the document creation process

While using AutoCreate PO we are getting below error message;

Document was not created. Possible causes:

1) An exception occurred in the PO Account Generator workflow during the document creation process.

2) Some other error occurred during the document creation process.
