How to copy rman tape backupsets to disk.

Hi Gurus,

We have RMAN tape backup configured for production databases, Couple of days back I received one request to restore one tape backup on different server.

Can anybody guide me here, how can I take those backup files from tape to disk? Tape backup is configured on EMC Networkere(NMDA 1.6), I logged a call with EMC guy but, he said not possible.
