I uploaded YTD for a Feb-15 (First Period) but is not showing as opening balance in Mar-15 in Trial

We created a new ledger for one of our subsidiary companies :
However ; I uploaded YTD for a Feb-15 (First Period) but is not showing as opening balance in Mar-15 in Trial Balance Report ?

In the inquiry scree, the PTD and YTD are showing properly, but that is not reflected in Trial Balance reports from GL.

I submitted concurrent for "Trail Balance" , "Trial Balance - Details" , same issue
