The CTA Cumulative Translation account is showing no movement after translation

I have uploaded balances for period MAR-15 in local ledger currency ( TRY ).

I have defined trasnaltion rates for End and Avergate rates types for both months : Feb-15 and Mar-15

My understanding is that once i run Translation for Mar-15, it will translate balances , then it will calculate the difference of translation ( of Mar-15 rate and Feb-15) and put difference in CTA account ;

But after running translation,  the CTA account is not updated. The Rate Adjustment column in the (Translation Trial Balance) is showing all zeros ;

I don't understand why Adjustments are not caclculated
