Weblogic Deployment error during SPLAdf.ear and SPLWeb.ear deployment

I am trying to deploy 3 ear files :

SPLService.ear

SPLAdf.ear, and

SPLWeb.ear,  in Weblogic console (Weblogic version - 10.3.4)

SPLService.ear is deployed successfully and is in Active State.

SPLAdf and SPLWeb files are giviing errors.

Attached are the error logs.

Can anyone help where and what is going wrong in my environement.
