Business event oracle.apps.po.rcv.rcvtxn not trigger from MSCA forms

Hi All,

Business event 'oracle.apps.po.rcv.rcvtxn' not  triggered from MSCA forms when receiving is done , but the same business event  is  triggering when receiving of po is done from R12 Oracle application
