while adding raw disk to asm diskgroup facing an issue in windows server 2008r2 in oracle 11gr2 rac

Dear All,

Can somebody help me to solve, while adding raw disk to asm diskgroup facing an issue in windows server 2008R2 for oracle 11gR2 RAC, as i found the solution for linux (erasing disk header with "blockdev" command) but please suggest the same for windows os.

Below is the asm logfile from node1:
