Application opens in mobile mode by default on Chrome and Firefox

Dear team,

Greetings! We have IP2014 (patch set 6) Call Center application installed. While this application works well in IE 11 we are facing UI issues when trying to open from Chrome or Firefox. We see---

1) Flip switches instead of check boxes

2) The list applet navigation buttons are lost

3) Additional column is visible to show a checkbox control for every record with a tick on active record

4) Record Count is higher than what we see on an IE 11 desktop

Looks like the application is being opened in mobile mode by default.
