RDBPROD: trigger not extracted as seen/expected

Executing RMU for Oracle Rdb V7.3-120 on OpenVMS IA64 V8.4

I have had an issue recently with extracting trigger information from an RDB database. The syntax is widely different from the originally text and sometimes the extract drops information out of the script. Has anyone seen this behavior before? I cannot find my original example of the dropped script information. All I can remember is that if I attempted to execute the script it would fail with a syntax type error.
