How to open reports in excel without saving

Hello,

Recently we have implemented enhancedspreadsheet in our reports, but it directly save the file into download folder, instead we want to open file directly on excel.

Is there any way to integrate MS Excel with Forms and Reports. Also we ave another problem when we open the reports in excel it gives us error message:

"The file you try to open is in a different format ....."

Appreciate any of help.
