Issue items from eAM store from specific sub inventory

Hi Guru's

In order to restrict users to issue the items only from his subinventory. how to make their subinventory defualt in respective responsibility? I tried through personalization but didnt find initial value option there to put value for their subinventory. please provide feedback.
