Cannot select a resource list in Project type form

Hi,

I have created a resource list with job group "None" and Group Resources by "None". However, when I try to create a Capital project type, under Budget Option tab in the project type form, unable to select the Resource List that I created. Infact I get the error message as "invalid value for field COST_BUDGET_RESOURCE_LIST". Can anyone please advise the reason for this?
