Is it possible to auto-approve a work confirmation for a complex PO?

When raising a complex PO we require the work confirmation to be automatically approved, rather than being sent to the Buyer for approval.

Is it possible to achieve this?

Steps to reproduce:

1. Requester generates a requisition for a service in iProcurement.

2. Submit requisition for approval.

3. Buyer converts requisition into a Complex PO which gets transferred to the supplier.

4. Requester performs a Work Confirmation in iProcurement.

5. After submission of the work confirmation, it gets routed to the buyer for approval.

The question is whether step 5 can be skipped, instead it should be approved automatically after submission of the Work Confirmation by the requester.
