PS for Assembly Line Scheduling

HI All,

I am looking for a case where PS is used to schedule Mix-Model Assembly line just like automotive.


As per my understanding PS does not support this and this cannot be modeled in PS using standard EBS - ASCP  - PS integration.


Please confirm on this.


Also I want to know if anyone has achieved this using custom integration in PS -


Key deliverable are -

1: Group all the items with same takt time

2: However they should be loaded on the line one after other. PS should NOT treat them as batch

3: Support changeover from one group to another group so that we can change the assembly line speed
