Open Enrollment Elections Pending

We are currently running Open Enrollment, and found an error with our Elections Pending Submission screen.  The Employee costs are $82.25, but at the bottom, the Total Employee Cost is $208.25.  This does not match the Current Elections, as that screen shows the correct totals at the bottom.

Any ideas of what is happening to cause this discord?  I checked and all of the dbas are accounted for, so should not have any additional costs.
