getting error while refreshing metadata option under Target application setting in FDMEE

Hi
I am getting error while refreshing metadata option under Target application setting in FDMEE. It says

"Java.lang.NullPointerException"

All dimension which have a Target Dimension Class of Generic have a Data Table Column name already been specified. But still didn't help.
Without this being fixed Source to Target mapping will not seems work. Please help.
