Issue with the HFM module for a specific user

Gurus,

While most of the other users are able to login to HFM application and perform their tasks, we have 1 user who is not able to login to the HFM application and get the following message

"An Error occurred processing the result from the server"

"Invalid or could not find module configuration"

"Required application module hfmadf.application not configured"

The logs have the following exception

What could be going wrong? Any suggestions / ideas on what to check, since it is user specific?
