duplicate entry in kardex

Hi All,

Last week for close to 10 sales orders, Cardex got duplicated i.e. double the quantity got depleted, but whereas G/L has not duplicated.

  1. Ex. Sale Order raised for 10 qty, in cardex i see 20 qty got depeted and invoice is generated only once.

How to get this issue resolved?

Can we go for IA with zero cost

shall we do sql to remove the duplicate entries from item cardex ( this could be more rsiky)

any other options to get this resolved.
