11i - How are encumbrances transferred to GL

Hello,

I am unable to find out which standard program transfers my encumbrance entries to GL on 11i

All I know is that Journal Import is importing the data to create Journals in GL but I have been unable to find out which program puts the data in the GL interface tables (should that be the case)

I am raising the question because I finally closed a PO line in Purchasing but the data doesnt seem to get to GL.
