ASM instance failed to mount a diskgroup

Hello there,

I know that issue about ASM instance it isn't new, and as you can see, in the part of the log that follows it's seem very clear that the problem could be about authentication and or username/password that it's wrong. What I would like to ask, if there is any chance to have some specific steps to do in order to troubleshoot or at least have a little more understanding of the problem that could lead me to try to fix it. I already opened a TAR more than week ago, but until now I didn't r
