Price Inquiry Screen - Records not showing up at zone level

Hi,

In RPM screen, we are not able to see the records showing up in Price Inquiry screen for a particular zone. When we explode it at item-location level, the records are showing up.

The price event is created at zone group level, all the zones except one zone has displayed the price details, but unfortunately one particular price detail is not shown up.

Do we have any validations/filters enforced in price inquiry screen while displaying to users? Can anyone faced this issue before?

Please help.
