How can we track and show any changes made to a purchasing contract over its life time in Oracle EBS

Hi,

For exmaple , I have a Standard Purchase Order with associated clauses from Oracle Procurement contacts module. I want to track whether there were any changes made on the PO price , PO quantity or any changes done on the Contact clauses associated with the PO , within  last 2 months .
