Std Ed upgrade 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.4

Oracle Standard Edition ONE 64-bit

Starting to run some trials on upgrading 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.4.  and I've noticed a couple of anomolies.

First, when dbua (running a script with dbua in silent mode) completes the database is in 'OPEN MIGRATE' mode.  Seems to be no problem with shutting it down restarting, when it comes up fully in OPEN mode.

Second, while the stdout of dbua reports no problems, checking the log, at the very end shows these messages:

UPGRADE_PROGRESS : 70%

Upgrading Oracle OLAP API

UPGRADE_PROGRESS : 71%

Performing Post Upgrade

UPGRADE_PROGRESS : 73%

UPGRADE_PROGRESS : 73%
