Post Installation Steps for EBS12.1.3

Hello,

I have already successfully installed patches 9239089, 9239090 and 9239095. I am already on the post installation steps as stated below. Upon checking, before I can apply patch 9817770 I need to apply R12.AD.B.delta.3 and R12.ATG_PF.B.delta.3. For the first one, R12.AD.B.delta.3 this is already patch 9239089. However for the 2nd one R12.ATG_PF.B.delta.3 (patch , I still need to install this right? 

Apply post-install Oracle E-Business Suite Applications Technology patches. (Required)

Apply the following mandatory patches:
