BI Publisher - Not able to Create New / or Edit Report Jobs.

BI Publisher - Not able to Create New / or Edit Report Jobs.

The submit Button and the Submit as New Button, both are not working for all the users in BI Publisher.

It was working fine until the last Week. All previously created jobs are running as per schedule, just am not able to Create New or Edit any of the old jobs.

Does anyone have a solution to that? Thanks
