Oracle Projects - Has anyone experianced problems with the results of or PRC: Interface Supplier Cos

Has anyone experianced problems with the results of or PRC: Interface Supplier Costs?  Last Novermber we upgraded from 11.5.10 to 12.1.3.  Since then, we have been experiancing issues with the results of PRC: Interface Supplier Costs.  Expense being doubled in PA, expense being mistated in PA, and expense not being interfaced to PA.  We have been working wtih Oracle Support and they have had us run the data fix in patch 13833481.  We have run the data fix for all projects twice since the upgrade.  I ran the reporting portion of the data fix again this morning, and we will need to run the data fix again.  That woulld be OK, but the data fix isn't without issue either.  Now we are working SRs for a data fix for the data fix.  If anyone has experianced issues with PRC: Interface Supplier Costs, and can offer any suggestions as to how to improve the results, I would like to here from them.  Our POs distributions are created with Accrua_On_Receipt flag set.  We
