PROJECT_TYPE field lookup values

We have an issue where when a user is creating a project for a particular business unit (BU), on the "General Information" tab she tries to select a "Project Type" with the lookup option, but there are no values available to select.

The lookup for the Project Type is tied to the SetID value of SHARE (while other BUs show the the BU as the SetID for Project Type lookup).

When I got to the Project Types definition page, there are two (2)  project types for this BU.

Any advice would be appreciated!
