New logo and does not appear for first time in 8.1.1.11 PS16

Hello All,

Customer is using  8.1.1.11 PS16. They are trying to add a new logo but the issue is that it does not show up for first time as soon as user is logged in. After you refresh the screen, it appears.

Any idea?
