FRM-40735 error for just one user while drilling down to Receipts on any PO

Hi all,

We're on R12.1.3. One of my users, and no other user, is receiving an error when he logs in with Purchasing Inquiry responsibility.

Query the PO

Click Lines

Click Shipments

Click View Receipts

The following error is received: FRM-40735: ON-ERROR trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01001.

No one else is receiving this error, however the user logged onto my machine and received the error. I can't reproduce on my machine under my log in.

Any ideas on why just this one user is getting the error and how we can resolve this?
