Work order status change control

Is it possible to restrict work order status change permissions based on roles/responsibilities in 12.1.3?

For example lets say we have three user roles;

EAM_MAINTAINER

EAM_PLANNER

EAM_SUPERVISOR

I would like to have a scenario where any of the roles can create a work order in system status 'Draft'.

Only the role EAM_PLANNER has the ability to move to the system status 'Created;.

Only the role EAM_SUPERVISOR has the ability to move the system status to 'Released'.

Only the role EAM_SUPERVISOR has the ability to move the system status to 'Complete', or 'Complete - No charges'
