Bug 20361671 Apply to ODA?

Just found this today - Bug 20361671 - Databases running 11.2.0.4 with Grid Infrastructure 12.1 may crash with ASMB process reporting ORA-15064, ORA-3115 if a disk health update is received (Doc ID 2004572.1)

Just wanted to make sure this does not apply to ODA as we're planning to keep some of our databases at 11.2.0.4 as we install 12.1.2.3 soon.
