Node ID does Not Exist for the Current Application Server ID Errors

Hello,

We are encountering the error below after the upgrade to EBS 12.1.3. Upon selecting backend the server_id does nto have a value.

Checking the .dbc file the APPL_SERVER_ID is shown below. Please advise on how to fix this. I was able to find this document but was not sure if I should do this. How to Clean Nonexistent Nodes or IP Addresses From FND_NODES (Doc ID 260887.1)
