UpgPhys error while upgrading from Siebel 8.1.1.10 to IP2014 PS6

Dear All,

I'm getting the below error while the indexs are being recreated during UpgPhys. I'm not able to proceed further. I have followed the standard  Siebel Database Upgrade document for IP2014. Please let me know what I'm missing here.

Reading tables and indexes from DDL file...
Read 4826 tables and 17234 indexes from DDL file...

Reading existing schema...
Read 0 tablespaces, 4892 tables and 24762 indexes from existing schema...

Running SQL statements against the database...
    Merging   table                   CX_ACTN_SET_IMP ...
    Merging   table                       EIM_AC_RSRC ...
    Merging   table                   EIM_ACC_SRC_DTL ...
    Merging   table                    EIM_ACCDTL_TNT ...
