Early termination Concept

Hi Team,

I need your guidance on the early termination concept, I read this in the oracle books however need to know how I can do this, unable to find the option for this. For example we have a lease of 5 years tenure i.e. 2015 till 2020. Unfortunately we required to terminate it in 2017, so how we can do this. Also advice if there is any financial impact also.

Also is there a way we can assign half a unit to any customer?
