Finance Lease

Hello All,

We are in process of implementing JDE for a business unit which engaged in Rent A Car business.

There is one product named 'Leased to Own' - in which Car is leased out to own after the period of lease is over. Installments (Principle + Interest) are being generated to book the revenue, instead of Car Rentals. At some point Net Present Value also to be established for the lease.

In JDE which module or functionality can be used for accounting and to record these kind of Finance Lease.

Please advice.
