how to map budget-Budget and Accounts Department

Dear experts,

We have an issue with our client. Budget amount for Accounts department and Budget department are different. For example, For Budget department 1000 $ is Capex, but for Accounts department, out of 1000$, 200$ is spare parts and 800$ is Capex. how to deal with this situation.
