Weblogic 11g console does not work if Admin server started through Node manager

Hello

I  created  a  multi server  domain in  two  Windows  2008 R2  64 bits  and I am experience following  issue  

if a start weblogic administrator through script startWebLogic.cmd, weblogic console works but I start weblogic administrator by Node manager , console does not work and the reason is because through script is using memory options memory  options Xms256m -Xmx512m -XX:CompileThreshold=8000 -XX:PermSize=128m -XX:MaxPermSize=256m but through node manager not , I set this options for the administrator server,  in the console server--> AdminServer-->Server Start  Arguments , release configuration and restart Node manager, shutdown console and try to restart by node manager but I still experience the Issue, each manage server has
