Need to re-hire employee but re-hire date is before the Final Process date. Can we have a re-hire d

We have an re-hire of an employee where his last day was 6.12.15, last paycheck was 6.19.15 and re-hire date was 6.18.15.  How do I re-hire this employee with these dates?
