PM SR not opening in ORACLE Field Service / Laptop screen

Hi All,

Few SRs are not opening in ORACLE Field Service / Laptop (MFS client side). Error message is coming as 'Internet explorer can not display'.

This problem is coming only with PM SRs, other repair work SRs are opening correctly.

Problem is also not due to installation, as user have been working on this for a long time and still working for most of the job.

Find attached screenshot of error coming.
