Securing Stored Data Using Transparent Data Encryption (TDE)

Hi

I'm using Oracle Enterprise Edition 12g Linux RH 6.4 x86-64 .

so far I understand  TDE is a feature included in Oracle Advanced Security( OAS) . In order to enable TDE must I have an extra licence of Oracle Advanced Security or OAS is included in the Enterprise Edition?
