Copy SR functionality

Hi All,

We are on 11.5.10.2.

When we copy a service request, the Parent SR not remaining open in the background.  The program is closing the parent when the child ticket is opened.

Is this the standard functionality? Is there any setup/profile/form personalization so that old SR should remain open in background with new SR in the front.
