Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. WTO transactions need to be billed

Some transactions were priced and were determined that they had to be written off causing the WTO transactions,

Now the client is approving those costs and we need to bill these transactions.

How do we handle situations like these were the transactions are now WTO's and need to be BIL's to bill the client.
