HFM Copy Application Utility

Hi, This should be easy to answer based on experience.

Once we complete copying the data in HFM using Application Copy utility ( from source to target ) , from the documentation I understand that no user should be active on Source HFM app and target HFM service should be brought down for the copy.

But once the copy finishes, do we need to restart complete stack in the target ( to restart application as well as Database ) to conclude the whole process or database restart is not required at all.
