Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. thdump error on windows 2008 r2 server - AGILE PLM 9.3.1.1

Hi All, I have been asked by Oracle Support to use the thdump utilty for OAS java process.

Even when I run it as admin I get an "access denied" message. Has any one run into this situation before?

Is there another way to get the thread dumps?

Oracle support has been completely silent for the past 24hrs....

I am running java 64bit
